Anthony William, the medical medium.
So many people have gone through so much in their lives,
earlier on in their lives,
even in the present day.
Challenges, losses, hardships.
They've been judged.
And our emotions get challenged.
Our soul gets challenged.
and the one thing
that we always have to keep in mind
is we're always more than that
there's a technique that I love
it's a soul healing and emotional support technique
it's called collecting stones
this is one of my favorite
techniques
It's in the medical medium, new edition.
See, if you have a minute, I would love to read this.
It's called Collecting Stones.
When you want to cleanse yourself of challenging emotions,
take a walk in nature
and keep your eye out for small stones that call to you.
Have you ever seen a stone on the ground and there's just a connection that happens immediately?
Have you ever just been walking on a trail or walking anywhere on a beach?
Or just walking down a sidewalk and you see a stone and something connects with that stone or in nature?
over the course of your stroll select three stones that feel good to hold in your hands
so when you get those stones you hold them in your hands and there's a feeling you get
now name each stone by the label of whatever you're harboring that you would like to leave you
For example, you might name the stones guilt or fear and anger or hate or shame, maybe disappointment or frustration, sorrow and despair.
Carry these stones with you wherever you go.
Keep them in your pocket if you'd like or even keep them in your hands.
Get to know each of your three stones.
Look at them when you get an opportunity.
Study their surfaces, their terrain.
So when you look at your stones, take a look at how they're created by nature, how they're designed by the earthly mother.
Get familiar with these stones.
Maybe keep the stones on your bedside table.
When you go to sleep, say goodnight to these stones.
Upon waking, say good morning to the stones.
Bring the stones to the kitchen table when you eat breakfast.
Keep the stones on you when you take a walk.
Even take them in the shower with you.
Do not worry if the stones get wet.
Develop a relationship with these three stones.
Become friends.
If you would like to introduce your stones to other friends and family, feel free.
So you can show a family member these stones.
When you hold on to these stones, let the heat from your hands warm them up.
Have you ever tried that? Have you ever held on to a stone or a rock?
and then the heat from your hands warmed up the core of that stone.
When some days are harder, you can lean on your stones.
Try to believe that they understand you
and that their job is to absorb the emotions you name them after
out of your soul and body.
So keep in mind that these three stones, they have a job.
It's to take in and absorb the emotions that you named them.
So if you named your stone guilt, that stone is absorbing the guilt within you.
If you name that stone shame, then that stone is absorbing shame.
the healing frequency of the minerals will act as an antidote to whatever ails you
whether emotional spiritual or physical so there's a healing frequency in the very minerals
of these three stones that you're going to be carrying around and holding
And that frequency and those minerals, they're acting as an antidote because they're connecting to you.
And what your consciousness named these stones.
When the time naturally comes that you feel the stones have done their job and you're ready to let them go,
carry them back to nature
and release them into a body of water.
There's going to come a moment when you know
that these three stones have done their job.
And for some of you, that might just be short time.
That might be a day.
For some of you, it might be weeks.
And for others, it could even be longer and months.
But there's going to come a time where you're going to know it's time to let those stones go.
You're going to know that their job is done and you're ready to let them go.
You're going to carry them back to nature and release them into a body of water.
The body of water could be a pond, an ocean, a lake, a river, or a stream.
The living water will purify them of the venom they've drawn from you.
And you'll walk away purified too.
If you lose a stone or even all three, this was not your fault, nor was it a mistake.
So for some reason, if you've been carrying these stones around for a long time, and they've been on your nightstand at bedtime, and you've eaten breakfast with them sitting on the table beside you, and you lose one of these stones, two or all three, it was not a mistake.
This is part of your spiritual experience.
This exercise is never under your full control.
The stones can make their own choosings.
They actually possess their own free will
because they're helping you eliminate something
that needs to be removed from your consciousness
and your physical body.
When symbiotically working with your emotions,
a stone's disappearance is a sign.
It may mean that the stone has absorbed
as much as it can for now
and needs some time on its own for now.
Or it may mean that the emotion
is already in the process of leaving you.
So the stone disappeared for good
to help rid that emotion
from your soul, spirit, and heart.
Whether you lose one, two, or all three stones,
you can replace them if you would still like to complete the exercise.
If you lose those stones, you can replace them again.
If you're in a situation where it's difficult to get another stone,
then allow for the timing to become right.
For example, if it's wintertime,
and snow falls
and you can't see or find another stone.
Eventually,
take your time
and be patient
for a stone to fall into your hands.
This is in Medical Medium, book one.
The revised
and expanded
page 403.
It's in Medical Medium
and it's called Collecting Stones.
I have recommended this Collecting Stones
to so many individuals throughout the decades.
And I have witnessed what it has done.
I remember this one man needed this exercise.
He suffered a lot mentally and emotionally
and struggled greatly.
Spirit of Compassion and I were helping him
through his journey.
This is over two decades ago.
Spirit of Compassion said he needs the collecting stones exercise.
It's critical for him to heal.
He told me about the process where he found this one stone that was an odd shape.
It wasn't round.
it was kind of rectangle.
He held on to it and he knew that stone was important.
He named it fear.
He said he lived his life in fear for so long.
He found another stone that was different.
It was more round.
It was a little heavier.
and he knew that stone was the stone.
He named it guilt because he lived with a lot of guilt.
He suffered from feelings of guilt
and he found the third stone
and that third stone was shame
and it was another stone but it had an interesting color to it.
It had kind of a quartz.
It had shiny minerals on it.
He held on to these stones.
They were in his pocket at all times.
I helped him for quite some time.
And every time he came to my office, he talked about them.
And he pulled the stones out of his pocket.
And he said, I swear to God, this has been the most helpful thing I've ever had in my life emotionally and spiritually.
I go to bed with these stones at my bedside.
I talk to them.
I connect to them.
I know what they are.
Fear, guilt, and shame.
And he said the longer he possessed his stones,
the less he felt guilt, shame, and fear.
And then it was time.
He reached out to me and he said,
today's the day.
I said, today's the day?
He said, yeah, I'm going to let go of these three stones, Anthony.
He started crying.
He said that he's grown so attached to these stones,
he felt like these stones were a part of him,
but he knew inside his heart and soul that he had to let them go.
So he then started telling me about things he never could express or talk about.
How he had a terrible thing happen to him when he was younger.
What it did to his soul and his heart and his spiritual strength and mental health.
How it took him down.
and then he talked about how hard his life was along the way
and how no one understood him
and how everybody shamed him
but what he didn't even know
he was not a bad person
and he stood there and he cried as he was at my office
and he said today's the day I'm letting go of these stones
because I know these stones took upon all they can bear
he said he had a special place
he was going to throw those stones
this little pond
that was around his neighborhood
where he used to watch the ducks
as they were quacking
and the little baby ducklings
that were following them
he told me
he would sit on the shore
of that little pond
with his stones in his hand
and the baby ducks would actually come up on the shore
and start quacking all around him.
He would ask himself,
do those baby ducks have fear?
Do they have shame and guilt?
And his answer,
he felt like he got from the stones
and they didn't have guilt and they didn't have shame.
They were just pure souls.
He felt like that was the place to let the stones go.
because the stones will be cleansed forever of that fear, shame, and guilt.
He went to that pond,
and he reached into his pocket,
and he said he had a feeling that came over him that he's never felt in his entire life.
it was as if God was looking down at him for the first time
and talking to him
and listening to him
it was as if
the saints were listening to him
as if Jesus Christ was listening to him
as if Yogananda was listening to him
that's what he said
said he felt like
he was free
but yet
the feeling he got when he lifted up his arm
and he said
to himself
will it be okay if I let go of these stones
and he swears to God he got an answer
that wasn't himself that said it's time to let them go.
He grabbed this fear stone first
and he said, I'm getting rid of you, it's time.
And he threw the stone into the pond
and he noticed right before he threw the stone in the pond
that the pond got so still
he can see his reflection.
It was as if Mother Nature
and God were working together
and froze the pond.
It was like glass.
The stone went in the air
and he watched it.
It hit the water.
And a splash went straight up.
And he watched it.
And the ripples went across the entire pond.
And then he felt no fear.
He then threw the guilt stone in.
And felt no guilt.
And then he threw the shame stone in.
he envisioned them sinking to the bottom of the pond.
He stood there and cried.
He walked home.
and he was quiet.
He walked into his house
and he told me it was the most unbelievable spiritual experience
he's ever had in his life.
It moved mountains for him
and healed him.
and he prayed on mountaintops.
He went to spiritual retreats.
He even spent time with
a famous guru that he adored.
He spent time with his therapist.
And he said this was the most profound experience
he ever had.
I said do you need anything of me at all
do you need my service
at all to you
is there anything else I can do
and he said no
you have done more than I could have ever asked for
but I never heard from him again
anyway
Maybe you guys might want to try that one someday.
Many blessings.
God bless you.
Lots of love.
